Dear Dad, Hey how are you?? I am doing good. This year I am a part of the youth group at the Lorane Christian Church and the new humanitarian club at school. The preacher/volleyball coach is the President of a non-profit organzation called Mercy League and the leader of the club and youth group. We are planning to go to the Dominican Republic during Spring break. We have 10 students interested in going including me. The cost of air fare food and money to help the children is around 1200 dollars. That is over 10,000 dollars for all of us to go. We know that its probably not posiable to raise that much in 6-7 weeks but we are going to try are hardest and who ever has been part of the program and dedicated can go. I was wondering if you or anyone you know could sponsor us. I am very excited to go cause this could change my life forever and head me into a life unimaginable. I can't wait to hear from you. My name is Grant Oglesby. i been watching you on PBR and just want to say that i respect you for what you do and wish you the bast of luck with your retirment and the starting of a new chapter in your life. I read your testimony on rodeoministries.org and it was really amazing. I have a video of some old rides, which you may know of, called "Ultimate Bullriding", which has a clip of you when Tuff Hedeman was hung up. It showed what you have put up with all these years to keep our cowboys safe. I am going to start riding here soon, and just knowing that there are bullfighters like you that play a major role in the sport and safety of the riders. You are to bullfighting what Ty Murray, Tuff Hedeman, or any other great rider is to the great sport of bull riding. I thank you for what you've done and wish the best for you in your retirment. Rob, I was reading my Niece Kim Watson's Blog the other day and she mentioned you. Well really it's Jacob's Blog Ü. So I looked you up. I read the story about Ryan Battistoni and was so touched. What a wonderful young man he must have been. I just wanted to thank you for sharing that story, his letter and poem. It touched my heart so deeply.
