Hi Rob, I've never got to actually meet you, but have watched you on tv. I am related to you through marriage. Your cousin Greg Smets and his mother Charlotte Coulter. Charlotte is married to my uncle David. Small world, my son knows who you are well since he has joined high school rodeo, you are one of his idols as a bull fighter. He is a bull rider, hasn't had the best success yet, but he's determined to continue. He just graduated as of Saturday, and is working to start his own ranch to provide rough stock for the rodeo. Maybe someday he will get the chance to meet you. Glad that you had such a great career and your able to continue helping youths and still be an idol to many.

Mr. Smets, I was just curious if you happened to be in Atoka Oklahoma today (Tuesday, April 19, 2011) around 1:30pm? If not, you have a twin that was at the Dollar General Store. If it was you, I spoke as you were leaving and then you had to come back in to get your key off of the counter. I called my husband (he is in the National Guard doing training in Mississippi for deployment to Afghanistan this summer) and told him I thought I just saw you...he probably thought I was crazy! Also working with Teen Challenge in New Haven for adults struggling with addictions. We'rea faith based organization, and I was wondering if you could share some words of encouragement. I always talk about how you were a crazy bull rider and how you became a Christian. Have you heard anything from J.T. Rhodes or anyone from the bunch. Hope he has founf the Lord. Our Dearest Rob, I am glad to hear your Mom is doing well. The last time I had seen your Mom and Dad was at my Mom's funeral December of 1998. There is not a day that goes by that she is not here with us. We all miss her alot as I know you will with your Dad. I do know they are both in a better place and will be in our hearts forever, I will be in touch soon as I choose not to let so many years pass by again without making the time to see you and your family. I am grateful my boys had the opprortunity to meet many of my mom's side of the family they never met before and family they have not seen since my mom went to Heaven. Please know that Our prayers, thoughts, and hearts are with you, family and friends always. We are all so very proud of you Rob for all the goodness and love you bring and share with so many. Just to let you know, the Annual Frog Jump Jubilee is the third week in May. Aunt Patty, Uncle Ray and their whole family are going to try to make it this year, it would be truely wonderful if you all could make it too. We have plenty of room and would love to have you all come visit. I would appreciate it if you could mail your 2011 schedule thus far, I know your 2011 shedule is filling up quickly so it will be helpful to know what dates you still have available for this year. We are working hard to launch Our Just 4 Kids Ask Us Family Establishment. We all really want you and your family to be a part of it and I know my Mom would not want us to have it any other way.
